Mushroom and leek soup with parsley dumplings

Here’s a recipe to try if you have two hours and 16 pans. Bon Appetit‘s Mushroom and Leek Soup with Parsley Dumplings is way too much work for a thin broth with some mushrooms tossed in. This is my second and last attempt at dumplings; they are a disaster. Don’t let the picture tempt you. Dumplings are nothing but rubbery golf balls.
